Computer Lab Solutions is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent people skills. The Software Sales Coordinator follows up online customer inquiries, trade show leads, and offers potential clients product demonstrations. They will also provide sales and maintenance quotes through automated systems and meet weekly with the Customer Relations Manager. This is an entry level position with the opportunity for advancement.

• Highly articulate, positive, and enthusiastic phone presence.
• Technical acumen
• Ability to sum figures and interpret invoice and proposal calculations.
• Ability to organize information in a quick, accessible structure and take detailed notes.

• Knowledge and understanding of the software industry.
• University Computer Lab experience highly favored.
• Understanding of Networking and Client / Server software.
• Demonstrated success of making calls to project manager / director / VP level
  individuals on an ongoing basis.

Experience: Entry Level; previous customer service experience highly favored.

Education: High School Diploma
