Purchasing optional maintenance with your LabStats order is a sure way to save money down the road. Current mantenance entitles you to 2 things:
| Free Support | By email or telephone, we are dedicated to help you keep LabStats fully operational. We offer free support for the first 30 days after your purchase, but require current maintenance for support after that. |
| Free Upgrades | While your maintenance is current, you receive for free any new versions released during that period. If your maintenance is current when a new upgrade is released, you will receive via email a new license for that version. |
The details:
- Purchasing LabMaps and AppUse will NOT increase your maintenance costs.
- Maintenance can be purchased with your order, or within the first 30 days of your order, but is valid from the date of your original order.
- Maintenance is valid for 12 months, and renewable yearly within 30 days of your expiration, but is valid from the date of your expiration. If you renew your maintenance every year, you will always have the newest features and best versions of LabStats for a fraction of the price!
- When purchasing additional licenses, you must purchase maintenance if your original order included maintenance.
- If you purchase maintenance for LabStats, LabMaps and AppUse are also covered with no extra charge.
- If you purchase maintenance for LabStats, you must also purchase maintenance for any JuicePress licenses that you purchase.
